We are an independent restaurant specializing in south Louisiana food and craft cocktails. Started in 2021
by Eric Williamson, this restaurant faced the challenges of opening during the pandemic, but remained
focused on filling a hole thought to exist within the Ruston culinary scene. We prepare all our food, sauces,
and craft cocktails fresh daily, taking the extra time to ensure quality and consistency. White Lightnin’
Cocktail and Culinary exists because of our regulars that have supported us since day one, and for that we
